Sit-Com Pitching Evaluation

The other day we all presented our pitch for our sit-com idea. Personally, i think mine went well and as i believed i was more confident than i thought i was going to be. I think that my pitch gave a good understanding to everyone about my sit-com idea and what i had to offer. However, if i was to do mine again i would change the way i speak. I believe that i may of spoken too fast and maybe messed up a bit with my speech. Also, after presenting the sit-com, other ideas came to my mind and i remembered other things that i was supposed to say. They were good and important things too. Overall i believe mine went well, although there was ways i could of improved mine to make mine stand out more. I think everything that i included was presented well, like the synopsis and premise was clear, USP was clear and i also like that i presented my favorite scene in the script because it teases the audience a little. I also believe that my characters and the detail i provided went really well and people can see that the characters are different from each other and they are unique.

Personally, i think Tom and Conrad had the best pitch for different reasons. Tom's pitch stood out for me because he was confident in speaking and also his idea for me is great. I believe me and Tom have similarities when it comes to the humour so i really enjoyed his sit-com idea. Also, i really liked Conrad's because his stood out. I really enjoyed his presentation and his confidence and passion when he was speaking. His idea is also great and i think it has great potential. I really like Conrad's idea because the conflict and humour involved is great. I really like his story idea and i like that every episode something always goes wrong in the show. Also, i like Tom's idea because i can relate to his pitch in terms of the idea. I like The Inbetweeners type comedy so that is why i also like Tom's.
